The owners are rude and don't have respect for The tenants
I have lived here since may of 2016 and for the first 11 months it was a wonderful place to live and then over night everything changed the landlords wife moved here from California and she is a Bully and has gone after a few people now also likes to quote the law but for reasons that have been proven to me knows very little about Texas law I told them that I was going to be moving at the end of August out of respect to Richard and also must give 30 day notice in order to get the $300 deposit back wasn't even a week later I was given a notice to vacate was the 13th month to pay the rent also with the notice was a letter stating that my electricity was to be turned off of 7/7/17 I was handed the notice on 7/1/17 the power was to be turned off for late or non payment of rent since the first month I moved in my rent has been due on the 3rd since I receive disability and the money doesn't come in till the 3rd I was told I would be evicted because I made a smart alic comment in front of the wife who on the first night I had ever met the woman compared me to Hitler which I believe to be incredibly rude and the only comment I made was I over heard someone ask if there was a apartment available I mentioned that I was moving in a couple of months and that was that I thought I was being helpful either way it was taken is not grounds for eviction and I had to apologize and I could stay so I did. This month I have been given the same 2 notices again I have refused to pay the whole rent but because Wi-Fi is included in the rent the internet company went out of business 2 and a half months ago last month I came out of pocket for data for my phone and didn't complain but I asked about it this month and was told there won't be anymore Wi-Fi so I was willing to split the payment for data this month but that was not exceptable I was told the rent won't be going down just loosing the Perk's I don't believe that is right they broke the agreement we had besides the fact I have not felt like I am welcome anymore the last 3-4 months it has no longer felt like home and I will no longer stay here
Never stayed here but they do have vending machines
