The waitress was constantly flirting with some random guy and muttering racist comments about are party members. It felt like I went back in time to the 1800s. Legal or not they shouldn't be able to get away with treating people like this and that waitress that was being racist turns out that's the owners daughter. Horrible service and ya she's just a gross human

Very good d fashioned food. Price is inexpensive.

The decor is great. I got up and looked at the historical pictures on the wall. The very old Piano and crafts. There is a real boat hanging from the ceiling. I asked about the boat, 'It's in case the lake floods, in that case we can still serve at least two or three people' !

Where can you go these day's for a Homemade Meal for that price?

This place was so tottaly unexpected!

Very good home style cooking! The exterior of the building probably turns many folks away but don't be fooled. Inside is an east Texas gem of a restaurant. Owner's daughter is a nurse and works there part time. Desserts are winners also. Burgers, chicken fried steak and omelettes are A+. Friendly prices.

Got food poisoning. Smells like they have a serious mold problem. Bathrooms were disgusting. Definitely would not recommend

The folks in and around Pittsburgh, Texas are the Close and lucky ones.

Please don't leave without having a Slice of made from scratch Homemade pies. Other regular customers sitting nearby told us not to leave without ordering desert. So glad we did. I live in Naples almost 35-40 miles from Earl's but I know I will go again and again if just to have coffee and a slice of Homemade Earl's Apple Pie. They are large heavy slices. If my Mom had not been sitting with us I would have sworn she cooked the meal and the pies.

The Homemade Meatloaf Special was just $7.00 and change. Not including desert it cost less than $10.00 per person including your drink.

I don't understand the other reviews at all, not even a little bit.

Earl's has a built-in bait & fishing tackle section right as you come in and the restaurant is to the right once you are inside.

Great Home Cooking very low priced meals. Generous servings, had to use doggy bags, just to much. Excellent friendly service. Four of us had the daily special, 'Homemade Meatloaf', it includes two side dishes and there was a long list. Amongst the four of us we chose Snap green beans with real bacon slices, WOW, mashed potatoes and Fried Okra. Everything except for the mashed potatoes come from the garden. Very tasty cream gravy over the mashed potatoes compensate for the Instant instead of real peeled and mashed.
